What will my finished bag look like?
Unless you have a specific character, pattern or color in mind the designer, Penny, will create a unique bag just for you based on color preferences- or let the designer pick!
Is it normal for my bag to have flaws?
Yes- Penny is 6 and still perfecting her techniques for sewing and designing so each bag will have little imperfections- it is part of what makes your bag unique! If the flaw is major or causes the bag to be rendered useless we will replace, fix or refund your bag!
